Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect immediately with unused value credited to your next invoice. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access to the end of the term you paid for, and annual terms are not refunded pro rata (14-day exception applies). What stays free?
Every diagnostic health check and every contractor trust score, plus five searches a month.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Document storage becomes read-only until you upgrade again.
Why the price is still this low
